醫師講的沒有錯，你都沒回診，你的體位就會被判定正常。
過去六十萬大軍的年代裡，這種情形一定會被抓回去當兵。
但是現在裁軍、縮減役期都來不及了，
平時常備兵兵源大大滿足國防軍事需要。
也就是屬於常備兵回役免予回役處理辦法所稱的「國防軍事無妨礙」時期，
依據這個辦法的第6條規定，就算被判定正常（常備役）體位，也不用回役。
而在這個情況下，你會領到「因停退伍令」。

護士講的也沒有錯，如果你按時回診，那會被判定免役，就不是拿「因停退伍令」，而是拿「免役證明書」（免役令）。
