澳盛：台灣央行 最快明年中升息

（中央社記者高照芬台北26日電）澳盛銀行資深經濟學家楊宇霆今天預估，在低通膨的環境下，台灣央行最快在明年6月升息。

澳盛銀行今天舉行「2014年亞洲經濟金融展望說明會」，資深經濟學家楊宇霆認為，美國量化寬鬆（QE）退場，使全球利率上升的風險升高。

他預估，美國量化寬鬆（QE）可能在明年 3月宣布逐步退場，聯準會將縮減每月購債規模，增加台灣明年上半年升息的壓力，研判台灣央行最快在明年 6月宣布升息。

楊宇霆說，台灣處於低通膨的環境，今年消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率預估為1.2%，隨著經濟的好轉，明年CPI將上升至2.1%，特別是在明年下半年通膨壓力將升高，也促使央行升息平抑物價。

澳盛銀行也預估2014年中國大陸的經濟成長率為7.2%，美國的經濟成長率可望由今年的1.6%上升至3.1%，全球經濟成長率將由今年的2.9%上升至3.6%。1021126
