（中央社記者林琳柏林2013年11月26日專電）德國就業人口創新高，但是有工作並不保證能有足敷生活開銷的收入。德國經濟及社會科學研究所（WSI）公布的一項調查報告顯示，2012年有9.5%就業人口生活在貧窮邊緣。

德國就業人口當中，有不少人是做臨時工或是半工，這些受雇人口的薪資所得偏低，所以常常還需要靠領取救濟金才能餬口。

WSI的研究報告指出，其實將近有1/10的全職工作者，收入也不夠支付家庭的開銷。

在所有行業之中，餐飲業勞工生活在貧窮邊緣的比率最高，估計達35.8%。根據WSI估計，餐飲業勞工平均每個月的淨收入是1287歐元，有家小的勞工靠這樣的收入養家的確很拮据。

根據研究機構調查，德國生活在貧窮邊緣的人口，在2007年占總人口15.2%，到了2011年比率提高到16.1%；55歲到64歲中高年齡層的貧窮人口比率，在這4年間也從17.7%提高到20.5%。

研究報告指出，2011年全德25歲以下的人口，有1/5生活在貧窮邊緣。貧窮人口是指個人每月可支出所得不到980歐元。
