Fed政策奏效 仰賴金融穩定

（中央社台北2013年6月24日電）美國紐約聯邦準備銀行總裁杜德里（William C. Dudley）表示，金融穩定是貨幣政策有效達成目標的「必要條件」。

根據今天刊在紐約聯邦準備銀行網站上的講稿內容，杜德里昨天在瑞士巴塞爾（Basel）表示：「從金融海嘯得到的最大教訓，是貨幣政策無法在金融不穩定時充分發揮作用。」

杜德里說：「金融不穩定可能削弱貨幣政策和金融情勢間的關聯。央行可能往寬鬆許多的貨幣政策立場靠攏，但這不會讓金融情勢大為改善。」（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
